Terms and Conditions

 I hope you can make your appointment but I understand that sometimes, things happen.

I'm a small business/self-employed and late cancellations/ reschedules or 'no shows' affect me, therefore I ask for plenty of notice if you can no longer make your appointment. I appreciate each situation is unique and I will deal with each situation on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours before treatment: no charge is made.

Less than 48 hours before treatment but more than 24 hours: the charge is 50% of the treatment cost.

Within 24 hours or no-show appointments: the charge is the full treatment price. No-shows may be refused future appointments.

Late Arrivals: It is important that our agreed appointment time and duration are adhered to. I appreciate that sometimes, things happen, and you may arrive a little later or need to leave a bit earlier than planned. This is fine, but I cannot make up the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments. I will however be as flexible as my schedule allows me to be.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Eryri Massage Therapies fully complies with the most up-to-date Data Protection Policy (2018) and has a transparent approach to Data Processing which empowers individuals to know about the collection and use of their personal data. We collect data to ensure we have the right information for assessing your suitability for treatment, for completing the appropriate treatment, for contacting you regarding appointment follow-ups and for a referral to GP or other healthcare practitioners if deemed necessary. Your data may be viewed by clinic staff to ensure continuity of care is given and for standard clinic running purposes. We collect only data that is relevant to those purposes, and we keep it for up to 3 years. All information held will be treated as strictly confidential and will only be released to any other external party with the consent of the client."
