My treatment methodology.

I Listen —

A gentle start with me listening to you and observing

We Reflect—

We reflect on and assess your specific issues and how they can be addressed

I Treat—

A combination of soft tissue and massage treatments with ‘at home’ rehab exercises as required

Rehabilitation.

As part of an evidence-based approach, I can assess and treat all manner of soft tissue and musculoskeletal Issues

This can help with:

general aches and pains, as well as longer-term chronic conditions including;

  • Sporting and climbing injuries

  • Neck and shoulder pain

  • Tennis & Golfer’s elbow (a common climbing injury despite it’s name)

  • Migraines

  • Lower back pain

  • Hip, leg and foot pain

  • Reduced or poor joint mobility

I can also develop in consultation with you an ‘at-home’ rehabilitation program to aid recovery and reduce the risk of further injury.

Relaxation and well-being.

Holistic massage, sometimes referred to as Swedish massage incorporates a variety of techniques, such as long flowing and rhythmic strokes, that help you to relax and unwind. The addition of Hot Stone Therapy can also enhance deep relaxation and can be selected when you book.

Holistic Massage Can Help With:

  • poor sleep

  • general relaxation & wellbeing

  • down-regulating your nervous system

  • reduce anxiety and stress

The restorative power of regular massages can be underestimated. Many of my clients return on a regular basis for a restorative massage and love to lay back and relax in my warm and tranquil studio to relieve the stresses of work and the hectic world outside.

Many people who are going through cancer treatments find that gentle and relaxing massage helps them cope with the rigours of their treatment regime.

NOTE: Please chat with your cancer care team before booking.

This is Me.

I’ve been personal chef for many luminaries across the world, and worked as a volunteer for a homeless charity here in the UK but my first love is the outdoors. I am a qualified mountaineering and climbing instructor and work both in the UK and overseas.

Oh, and I am qualified as a Level 5 Professional Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist.
